My name is Courtney Watt, President and CEO of Courtney Watt Properties, Inc. Yes, my business interest is real estate. I have invested in a system that deposits leads into my account of home sellers and prospective buyers that have some type of connection of interest. That common interest is a property transition of some kind. What my business does is to contact these prospects and offer my services to see if I can be of some assistance in helping them to accomplish their goals in a property transition.

If a prospective buyer or seller is curious and wants to find out more about what my organization does is to fill in their contact information in the contact box. When I receive their contact information I will then contact them and have a very informal interview with them of how I can help them with their property solutions. My main objective is to receive the prospect’s information and implement my service and match them up with the solutions for their property transitions.

Let me be real and truthful. I am not asking for social security numbers or bank account information, just information of a property and how the transition can be connected or transfer to another. I want to be clear, my information center is not limited only to sellers and buyers, other real estate interest of clients are welcome to into my data collection center, for instance, rehabbers, renters, or landlords as well as realtors and private lenders. you would just be placed into my data base only and see if I can be a service according to what type of transition you wish to proceed with.

Just for a final note – I am not selling anything. This service is just an information center to collect data for clients interested in some kind of property solution and to offer our services to help them with that transition.
